Kanye West, possibly the most divisive artist of this decade, has performed for VH1 Storytellers. I have always been a solid fan of Yeezy’s work. Of course like most fans can do without about 15% of his antics, but one must remember that it’s the eccentricities that make an artist an “artist”. I have been a huge fan of Uniqlo’s jeans since their Soho store opened back in November 2006 and lately the store has been coming on strong with some progressive fashions from socks to jackets to oxford shirts.  Probably best of all it’s all damn affordable.

Uniqlo is uniquely (sorry) showcasing their Spring 2009 fashions at the Soho store in Manhattan.  To check out the goods you have to literally take a closer look, peaking through magnifying windows at tiny mannequins decked out in the Spring styles.   Something worth checking out this weekend.
